ファイナルファンタジーをピアノ一台で、どのように再現できるかに取り組んだ。「これではピアニストが演奏できない」という批判もあるだろうが、例えば3人がかりでなら演奏できるとすれば、それは演奏者側の選択の問題であって、この録音の問題なのではない。ピアノ一台が奏でる、拡張された演奏表現として楽しんでほしい。

I tried to see how I could reproduce "Final Fantasy" with a single piano. Some may criticize that a pianist cannot play this way, but if, for example, three pianists can play it, that is a matter of choice on the part of the performers, not of this recording. I hope you will enjoy this recording as an extended performance expression of a single piano.
